LEXUS ENFORM APP^®

The Lexus Enform App, available for download on iPhone^® and Android^™ extends the connectivity of Lexus Enform^® from your vehicle to your smartphone.

With the Lexus Enform App plan your entire trip, send destinations to your Lexus Navigation System and even share your plans with friends via Facebook with a few taps of your finger when you're away from your computer.

And, for owners of 2013 and newer Lexus models^[1], Lexus Enform With App Suite provides you with in-vehicle access to popular mobile apps - like Bing, iHeartRadio, Movie Tickets, Open Table, Pandora, Facebook Places, and Yelp.

GETTING STARTED WITH SAFETY CONNECT

For New Vehicles:

When you purchase a new Lexus vehicle you will be asked to enroll in or decline Lexus Enform^® with Safety Connect services for your Lexus.

If you decide to activate your Lexus Enform with Safety Connect subscription at the dealership, you'll select the term of service for your subscription. After you've signed the Telematics Subscription Service Agreement and are enrolled, you can begin receiving services.

Your Dealer will then:

• Verify the activation of services in your vehicle.
• Review the cellular coverage map for the services' availability.
• Demonstrate the basic services in your vehicle.

If you decide not to subscribe when you purchase your new vehicle, you may enroll at a later date several different ways. If you provide your dealer with your email address, you will receive the Subscription Service Agreement to be signed electronically. As an added benefit an email will be sent which expedites registration on Lexusdrivers.com. You may call your Lexus dealer or call 1-800-25-LEXUS (1-800-255-3987) and follow the prompts for Lexus Enform With Safety Connect or press your "SOS" button in your vehicle.

For Certified Pre-Owned Or Owners Of Non-Certified Vehicles:

If you purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) or Non-Certified Lexus vehicle, 2010 models manufactured after August 1, 2009, or 2011-2012 models, your Lexus dealer will ask if you wish to enroll in or decline Lexus Enform with Safety Connect services.

GETTING STARTED WITH APP SUITE

For owners of 2013 and newer Lexus models, Lexus Enform^® With App Suite offers the ease and convenience of using popular mobile apps in your vehicle.^[1]

In addition to the Destination Assist, eDestination, and Safety Connect features, App Suite provides access to popular apps in-vehicle - including Bing, iHeartRadio, Movie Tickets, Open Table, Pandora, Facebook Places, and Yelp.

Your first step is to create a Lexus Enform With App Suite account. Click on the tutorial "App Suite: Getting Started."

App Suite: Getting Started

1. On the homepage of LexusDrivers.com, click on the App Suite icon. Or, go to LexusEnformAppSuite.com.
2. Fill in the account information as requested, make sure to have your VIN number and a valid email address. Then click "create account."
3. Verify your phone's compatibility.
4. Pair your phone to your vehicle's navigation system via Bluetooth.
5. Link your existing app accounts or create a new account if none exists. Also link your eDestination account.
6. Download the Lexus Enform Mobile App to your phone.

Please remember that to use Lexus Enform With App Suite you must:

• Download the Lexus Enform App before launch
• Make sure the Lexus Enform App is open before launch

Once you've accessed the Lexus Enform App on your phone and created your account, you're ready to use Lexus Enform With App Suite.

To Access The App Suite

1. Verify your phone is connected to your Navigation System with Bluetooth.
2. Open the Lexus Enform App on your phone.
3. On your Navigation System's main menu select "Info/Apps."
4. Then, on the Information menu, select "Apps."
5. You may now begin using your apps.

THE CONVENIENCE OF APP SUITE

For owners of 2013 and newer Lexus models^[1], Lexus Enform^® With App Suite delivers the luxury of Destination Assist, eDestination, and Safety Connect as well as access in-vehicle with popular apps to connect your Lexus to you like never before.

Search for points-of-interest using the web search engine from Microsoft. Map a particular point as a destination using the vehicle's navigation system or phone if using the vehicle's hands-free phone capability.

iHEART RADIO

There is always something to listen to with iHeartRadio. With access to more than 750 local radio stations from across the country and exclusive artist content, you won't know what to listen to first!

MOVIETICKETS.COM

Search for theaters, movies and show times. View star ratings, purchase tickets, call a theatre or map its location using the vehicle's navigation system.

OPEN TABLE

Search from over 20,000 U.S. restaurants. Make a reservation, call a restaurant or map its location using the vehicle's navigation system. Earn OpenTable Dining Rewards points.

PANDORA

Personalize Internet radio stations based on your favorite artists or songs. Discover new music mixed in with the music you already know.

FACEBOOK PLACES

After you arrive at your destination, use Facebook Places to tell your friends where you are.

YELP

See crowd-sourced reviews for restaurants, shopping centers, spas, nightclubs and more. Find your location and use the vehicle's navigation system to get directions.

To activate an app manually, select the app icon on the App Suite main menu either. You may do this through the Navigation System's touch screen on your dash, by the remote touch controller located at the driver's side, or with select buttons on the steering wheel. Once open, follow the app's prompts for use.

In addition, some of the mobile apps featured in Lexus Enform With App Suite are voice enabled. To determine if an app is voice enabled, look for the Microphone Icon in the app's home screen. Select the icon and follow the prompt for what to say that appears on the Navigation System's screen.

DESTINATION ASSIST

Both Lexus Enform^® With Safety Connect and Lexus Enform With App Suite feature Destination Assist services. With the convenience of a single call to the Lexus Enform Response Center, you'll receive live assistance finding the location or point of interest you desire.

For Manual Use:

1. Press the Menu button to bring up the Start screen on the Navigation System.
2. Select "Destination."
3. Then select "Destination Assist."
4. Finally, select "Call Destination Assist."
5. You'll then be connected to the Lexus Enform Response Center.
6. A Lexus Enform Response Center Representative will then assist you with locating your destination and downloading those directions to your Navigation System.
7. Once downloaded, your Navigation System will feature a Go To or Enter button.
8. Press that button to save your destination.
9. If, for some reason, you do not press the Go To or Enter button, your destination will be saved in your Destination Folder.

For Voice Enabled Use:

1. Press the Talk Button on your steering wheel.
2. Wait for the Beep.
3. Then say "Destination Assist."
4. When prompted, say "Destination."
5. When prompted, say "Call Destination Assist."
6. You'll then be connected to the Lexus Enform Response Center.
7. A Lexus Enform^® Response Center Representative will then assist you with locating your destination or point of interest and downloading those directions to your Navigation System.
8. Once downloaded, your Navigation System will feature a Go To or Enter button.
9. Press that button to save your destination.
10. If, for some reason, you do not press the Go To or Enter button, your destination will be saved in your Destination Folder.

When using Destination Assist, please keep in mind that Agents can search by business name or type of business, and can even access Zagat-rated restaurants.

eDESTINATION

eDestination services are available with both Lexus Enform^® With Safety Connect and Lexus Enform With App Suite. eDestination provides provides the luxury of entering a destination into your Lexus Navigation System when your away from your vehicle - with your computer, tablet, or smartphone's Lexus Enform App.

Through the eDestination page at LexusDrivers.com you can search for locations you'd like to visit, save those destinations and even organize them into folders for additional convenience. Once your destinations are saved, add notes to them, name the folders and send them wirelessly to your vehicle's Navigation System. Then, in your Lexus, download the information to your navigation system.

Please be aware that you must have an active account on LexusDrivers.com to use your eDestination services. For more information on account registration please see the tutorials: Getting Started With Safety Connect or Getting Started With App Suite depending upon your vehicle’s model and year.

For eDestination Searches:

1. Go to LexusDrivers.com
2. Log into your account.
3. Click on "eDestination Search."
4. Choose whether you wish to search for a: Point Of Interest, Address, or a Zagat-Rated Restaurant.
5. Fill in the appropriate search fields, or select search parameters from the drop-down menus.
6. Click "Find."
7. Select your location or point of interest from the search results on the left.
8. At the bottom, select the folder you would like that location or point of interest to be stored in with your account and on your Navigation System.
9. The click "Save."
10. This will take you to your account's eDestination folder management page.
11. On your list of folders, GREEN icons mark folders that have been uploaded already and those marked with RED are those with new information waiting to be uploaded.
12. Click on "Send Changes Now" and the locations or points of interest will be waiting for download the next time you are in your vehicle. Please remember you must still download your eDestination information in your Lexus.

Download eDestination Searches In-Vehicle:

1. Press the Menu button to bring up the Start screen.
2. Select "Destination."
3. Select "Point Of Interest," "Address," or "Zagat-Rated Restaurant" based on the type of eDestination search you performed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
4. Then select "eDestination."
5. You'll notice a list of folders that have already been download, as well as a Download button located in the lower left of the screen.
6. If you are ready to download your eDestination information, select "Download."
7. A prompt will appear verifying that you are certain you wish to download your eDestination information.
8. Select "Yes" if you are ready to download.
9. Keep in mind that your vehicle will now mirror all folders as synched on LexusDrivers.com

To Use An eDestination Route:

1. Select a folder.
2. Select the saved eDestination in that folder.
3. Select "Go."

Please keep in mind that with eDestination, up to 200 destinations can be sent at a time - all of which can be sorted into up to 20 personalized folders holding as many as 10 destination searches per folder.

SAFETY CONNECT

Both Lexus Enform^® With Safety Connect and Lexus Enform^® With App Suite feature Safety Connect services to help you remain secure on the road. Safety Connect puts you in touch with our 24/7 live Lexus Enform^® Response Center at the touch of a button. In case of an emergency, this ensures a quick response, as well as the care you need, from emergency service providers.

Emergency Assistance (SOS)

Located in the overhead console, the Emergency Assistance button, labeled SOS with Safety Connect underneath, immediately connects you to an Agent at our 24/7 Lexus Enform^® Response Center should you need help with an emergency while on the road.

To verify the SOS Button, and Emergency Assistance service, is active, simply start your Lexus. A steady green light will appear next to the button, indicating it is active.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

In addition to your Lexus warranty-based four year roadside assistance, Safety Connect allows 24/7 Lexus Enform Response Center to more easily locate your vehicle. An Agent will then help dispatch the assistance you need while on the road.

Automatic Collision Notification

Along with the Emergency Assistance feature, should your vehicle experience an airbag^[2] deployment or certain severe rear-end collision, our 24/7 Lexus Enform Response Center will be automatically notified so that an Agents can help send the emergency support you need without having to push the SOS button.

Stolen Vehicle Location

If you ever file a police report stating that your vehicle has been stolen, Safety Connect will work with the local authorities to help locate your vehicle. This helps them to recover it more quickly and may minimize the amount of damage that can be incurred. Unlike some third-party services, the Stolen Vehicle Location system also works across the United States.

LEXUS INSIDER

Lexus Insider provides occasional audio messages from Lexus to your Navigation System. Messages consist of tips on using Lexus vehicle technologies and provide travel highlights, recommendations and exclusive owner benefits.

To Set Your Preferences For Lexus Insider:

1. Press the Menu button to bring up the Start screen.
2. Select "Set-Up."
3. On the Set-Up screen, select "Other."
4. Now choose "Lexus Insider."
5. You may then turn on or off the Lexus Insider feature, as well as turn on or off the New Article notification feature.

To Access Lexus Insider Messages:

1. Press the Menu button to bring up the Start screen.
2. Select "Info Phone."
3. Then select "Lexus Insider."
4. Choose the Lexus Insider Message you wish to hear.
